Our course “Yoga for Back Pain” offers a gentle introduction to classic postures and alignment principles that promote and strengthen the entire spine, abdominals and hamstrings. 

All episodes are provided with accessible poses and effective techniques with the property support such as bolsters, strap, pillow to alleviate discomfort of back pain & improve the overall well-being. 

Structured with evidence based specific yoga patterns which aid in spinal lengthening, forward folding and smooth back bending poses that will develop a repertoire to relieve discomfort and promote healing.
